01
What is being developed?
A planned coastal community at Bahía del Rosario on the Pacific coast of Baja California. The long-term vision covers about 2,023 hectares in five phases. Phase One (206 ha) is the planned model phase. Existing permissions are obtained for the first 16.5 ha and 48 homes. The project is at the pre-construction stage.
02
How is value intended to be created?
By taking raw land through permitting, infrastructure and phased construction, then selling homes and operating hotel and club facilities. The company plans a mix of direct property sales and a rental-and-membership model (Club Cielo Mar) intended to support occupancy and recurring revenue.
03
What has been established?
Land consolidation from around 100 landowners; a CBRE raw-land valuation (November 2021); and rezoning and approval obtained for the first 16.5 ha (48 homes). Supporting documents are available to qualified parties through the data room.
04
What remains to be delivered?
Appointment of an EPC contractor, detailed design and the start of construction, currently targeted for Q3–Q4 2027.
